Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Xpert Media takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

Xpert Media is a professional corporate website development company that understands that every client have their own requirement and therefore every single project is unique. Our quote may vary from client to client depending on their individual requirements.

Pay monthly terms and conditions

We have flexible payment options available for our respected clients. All of our pay monthly packages are subject to a minimum 12 months contract. You can cancel at any time after your first 6 month but we require atleast one month notice in advance. If you fail to comply with this, you will be charged for the rest of your contract before cancelling.

One off payment, terms and conditions

Once a quote has been finalised, we require 50% non refundable payment of the total project value. In the unlikely event of you being unhappy about a site, you have the right to ask us for a design / project revision which by no means can be forced upon us. If you are still unhappy, you will be released from paying off the rest of 50% and we will therefore cancel the project. If you wish to cancel a project, you will have to let us know within 1 week from the project start date otherwise you will be liable to pay the rest.

Copyright notice

This site and all of it's content is copyrighted to us unless otherwise stated. If any company or individual is found to be copying any of the information or graphics on this site, will be liable to pay a minimum of £5000 penalty fee. We cannot be forced to provide a warning because we have stated it here. We may use graphics or contents from external sources for information or visual purposes. In the unlikely event of any copyrighted material / content / graphics on this site is co-incidentally found to be same as any other external sources, you are legally bound hereby to provide a complaint to info@xpertmedia.co.uk before any proceedings.
